Devizes Death Cafe
DEVIZES DEATH CAFE
24th OCTOBER
7 pm for 7:30 pm
Devizes Quaker Meeting House
What is a Death Cafe?
Not as scary as it sounds. A Death Cafe is a group discussion about death with no agenda, expected outcome or religious themes. It is a chance to talk with others about one of the big taboos of our time.
It is often only in a crisis that we wish we had spoken to our loved ones about death, our own and that of those close to us. We can say as much or little as seems comfortable for each one of us.
Over tea, coffee and cake we can air thoughts about death we may not have voiced before.
Come along to the first meeting. For more information
